What I am looking for: No experience necessary. But you need to have an imagination. Video Production - create a TV commercial for us Goal is to create an tv commercial or infomercial for us. The infomercial is will be maybe 5-7 or so minutes long and when it airs it repeat multiple times to fill a 28.5 minute time slot. Read up on our business, we sell a training manual (book) and CD at www.judgmentcenter.com No experience necessary, but Imagination is.
What I am looking for is an infomercial for a book that I want to sell. Currently I collect judgments and my title is judicial judgment recovery processor. I created a complete step-by-step book on how you too can collect judgments.
I collect judgments that have been awarded by a US court but not yet collected. I have put together a large book on the subject to help people become their own judgment collectors.
The book is a step-by-step of how to find judgments, how to get them assigned over to you after agreeing to pay the original judgment holder 50% of what you collect. I show the all the necessary paperwork to find the person that owes the money, how to find their assets, how to garnish wages and bank accounts etc.
I want to sell the book, cd rom, to people via an infomercial. The book can be either downloaded, emailed or printed and mailed. I liked the format of Don Lupres (he placed tiny classified ads out of his 1 bedroom apartment and made thousands and thousands of dollars each week).
I also liked the format of the Internet Treasure Chest, and even SMC Specialty Merchandise Corp.
Of course Carlton Sheets how to buy real estate with little or no down payment. They have a strong call to action. Urging the people to call them.
I put a lot of time and effort into the book that I want to sell and of course it can always be improved as it is a "Living Document" (always changing).
I did a little bit of research on infomercials and I am interested in having one created for me. This document contains my notes and thoughts (excuse the format of it).

**** I envision that the formats being about 28.5 minutes. I can also have one shorter and repeat it a couple times during a 30 minute airing. Anyway the infomercial will show people that have successfully made lots of money, and how viewers can too. It compels people to call right during the show to purchase the product. Prices can range from $19.95 to $39.95. Impulse buying. ****
Here are Some of the sales pitch I currently use, of which some/all/none can be used in the infomercial:

THE BEST KEPT SECRET ON PUBLIC RECORD IS FINALLY OUT!
A typical example of how a judgment is obtained is when one
person (plaintiff) sues a second person (defendant) in small claims
court and wins. Or do they really win?
The hard part is collecting. The Judgment Creditor ("winner") will soon learn the difficulties, if not impossibilities, of collecting on their judgment. There are 3 reasons why this is such a difficult situation for the average person to accomplish:
They are totally in the dark. Judgment collecting is not
taught in business schools or universities and the courts offer very
little help. The Judgment Creditor is basically on his own - hampered by
ignorance and inexperience. This discouragement is what creates such a tremendous moneymaking opportunity for you. The need is immense ... The cash flow profit could be unlimited ... The ultimate home-based business! Now, just imagine how this person is going to feel when they hear of your services. Finally, there is a way to get satisfaction for all the hard work they put into winning the judgment, with no expense to them. You will offer to provide the missing processing information to these thousands of winners. In return for your valuable input, you will receive an average of 50% of the value of the judgment for yourself. Don't you think most people would readily agree that, half of a pie is better than no pie at all.
NOW ABOUT INFOMERCIALS IN GENERAL: An enormous benefit of Direct Response TV marketing is the ability to create quick sales. Pitching products to consumers over the airwaves has been an evolving art. In the early days of radio, jingles were sung to catchy tunes in the hope that listeners would remember the products' names the next time they were at the store. When TV entered America's living rooms, shows were interrupted by lovely women exclaiming the virtues of the newest home appliance or by cartoon characters extolling the highlights of the latest wonder product. In recent years consumers have been introduced to a new variety of advertising methods-from pop up ads on the Internet to 24 hour TV shopping channels-all of which are designed with one goal in mind: sell more product. One powerful sales tool is Direct Response TV (DRTV), which refers to TV commercials and infomercials. "Short-form" commercials are typically one of three lengths: 30 seconds, 60 seconds or two minutes, while "long-form" commercials (infomercials) are 28.5 minutes long. Both versions can successfully get a product's message out to millions of prospective customers.
The infomercial is a unique advertising form. It provides INFOrmation about a product as a comMERCIAL. Today, 90 percent of all TV stations and 100 percent of commercial cable channels accept infomercials. According to a spokesperson at the Electronic Retailing Association, in 2000 an average of 20,000 showings of infomercials aired on TV each month. Infomercials fill the airwaves with ads for such products as real estate tapes that show you how to buy property with no money down, fitness equipment and beauty products. Infomercials have proven to be tremendously successful. According to Infoworx.com, "63 percent of TV shoppers buy from 30 minute infomercials." Direct Response TV marketing can create quick sales by having products demonstrated on TV, which allows the product's message to be driven home with persuasive, dramatic impact. "But wait-there's more!" For every customer who buys a product from a TV infomercial, there are seven to ten additional viewers who will later buy the product at retail because they had seen it previously on TV. These retail sales include purchases made at wholesale clubs, catalogs sales, Internet sites, direct response print ads and foreign distribution, and the products almost always carry the red "As Seen On TV" logo. The 28.5 minute infomercials-with their "ads-within-an-ad" format-can be very successful. They are carefully scripted, right down to the smallest detail, and their customer testimonials always sound so convincing. "And if you call within the next 20 minutes, you'll also receive ..." The ability to "plus sell" the consumer and grab an additional sale (in addition to the freebie add-on) is another big benefit to DRTV. Successful products rack up impressive sales figures that range from $400,000 per month to $4 million or more per month. "And it's not available in stores!" No, it's not, but retailers are more likely to carry your product in stores if it's supported by TV advertising.
The Infomercial Approach Objectives of a Successful Infomercial
Why are Infomercials Successful? A half-hour infomercial is a very measurable format and you can directly target the audience you are seeking. The flexibility of infomercials enables you to easily test a variety of offers and prices for maximum response. You can also update price points for region-specific campaigns. A successful infomercial will generate $2 to $3 in sales for every $1 spent on media, according to Response Magazine. Whether it's long form or short form, DRTV is not something that most inventors can afford to do on their own. There are many DRTV companies that license products. Check out the companies thoroughly. Some of them are unethical knockoff artists who are unafraid of patent infringement suits. Pitching products to consumers over the airwaves can be done in many ways-none of which are inexpensive. But if you've got a hot product, a good DRTV campaign can increase sales dramatically. THE FAQ’s

Is this business legitimate because it sounds too good to be true?
The judicial judgment-recovery business does, indeed, seem to be too good to be true. It first came to national attention when Business Start Up magazine identified it as a "shoestring start-up" that requires less than $3,000 in initial capital. It is a growing field that appeals to many people because it has the potential to generate excellent financial rewards while providing a valuable service to society. Add to that the fact that it is primarily computer-based work that can be performed at home and you have a very appealing combination. The goal of the business is to collect previously un-collectible court judgments for a percentage of the return. Finding these uncollected judgments is the easy part, since they are a matter of public record and are easily accessible through county courthouses. Consumer and commercial debt collection is often the most lucrative. While some are small-claim judgments for a few hundred dollars, others are civil judgments amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Interestingly, only about 20% of these judgments are ever paid. That means that 80% of all court-awarded judgments go uncollected. In part, this occurs because the court doesn't enforce collection. It's up to the judgment winner to get his or her money. Meanwhile, debtors often look for ways to avoid payment. They may change residences, states and even names to avoid detection. Some try to hide their assets. Enter the judicial judgment-recovery specialist, who will track down the errant debtor, ferret out his or her hidden assets, and recover the money owed. There
