I have spent a lot of time and feel very confident in this system, and that you will be happy with it. On this website you get a copy of the table of contents and a large and informative FAQ (frequently asked question) section to help you decide on whether or not you want to purchase this system.

We do not guarantee that all the links to other websites in the system and in the documents all work, because some of these other people's and companies websites might have been changed or even deleted after this was put together.

I am not a professional author, so there can be misspellings, incorrect grammar. It contains everything I have learned over the years.

REFUNDS: I can issue a complete refund via PayPal only if I haven't sent you the download link and/or ship the course.

Once I send it to you there aren't any refunds or returns or exchanges or credit because copies and you would end up getting it for free if I allowed refunds after its sent.

In 1989 I was a landlord and I had a tenant move out but they caused a lot of damage so I sued them in small claims court. They never paid even though I won. So I researched on how to collect and while I was trying to collect that first judgment I wrote up some notes for myself.

Later I had to sue another other ex-tenant of mine so I expanded on my original notes.

When I was able to collect from this 2nd set of tenants I told some co-workers, real estate agents and landlords about my good fortune. Two of them asked me to help them collect from their own ex-tenants after they won in small claims court but never collected. So I expanded my notes even more after researching on how to collect judgments for someone else.

Over the years I kept improving the notes and documentation. Then I decided to write it up as a training manual system for judgment collection training.
